Early Departure Policy: Guests who check out of the hotel prior to the reserved checkout date, the Hotel will add an early checkout fee to that guest's individual account.

Hotel Room Block: Rate: $149.00 single/double. Rates are offered three days before and three days after our conference dates, on an "as available" basis. BKBG is the identification code for housing.

Package Handling Policy: The Hotel's in-house Business Center provider is "The Biz Center." The Biz Center is centrally located in the Hotel between Atrium two and the tower. 1-214-761-7820; from your room dial extension 7820.

Smoking Policy: The hotel and its rooms and facilities are 100% non-smoking. $200 cleaning fee charged for smoking in hotel or guest rooms.

Parking at Property: The Hilton Anatole charges for both self and valet parking. The current self-parking rate is $17.00 plus tax per vehicle, per night. Current overnight valet rate is $26.00 plus tax.
